What you'll be getting:

Baked Torchiette with Sausage

Per Serving

100 g veggies (zucchini, carrots, kale) 

100 g sausage (1/2 spicy Italian, 1/2 original Lonely Lane Farms)

1/4 shredded Italian blend cheese 

1/2 c tomato sauce (tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil) 

120 g pasta 

Equipment needed: 1 oven safe pan, or pan with casserole dish

Preheat your oven to 375.

Place the sausage in a pan. I like to flatten it out because it cooks a little faster that way. 

After 7 minutes, add the veggies.

Stir everything together and then transfer to a casserole dish. If you have an oven-safe pan, feel free to leave everything in the pan (one less dish to clean that way). 

Place in the oven for 15 minutes. 

From start to finish this dinner takes about 25 minutes. Enjoy! 

Cook for 7 minutes, break the sausage into smaller pieces as it cooks. 

Stir veggies around and set a timer for 2 minutes. 

After the 2 minutes, add the pasta and sauce. 

Top everything with the cheese. 

After the 15 minutes your dinner will be ready. Pull from the oven and serve.
