What you'll be getting:
Creamy Chicken Pasta
Per serving:
5 oz chicken (tossed with salt, pepper, and oil)
125 g veggies (asparagus, zucchini, broccolini, purple sprouting broccoli, kale)
1 c cooked pasta
1/2 c dairy-free cream sauce (garbanzo beans, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, oil, lemon juice)

Equipment needed:
1-2 pots, or a deep pan large enough to hold all the ingredients

Start heating up your pan/pot, when hot add the chicken. Saute for 3-5 minutes.
Add the pasta. For GF pasta, add a few tablespoons of water to the mix as the GF pasta tends to dry out a bit.
Toss everything together to make sure the sauce gets incorporated. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!
When the chicken is cooked, add the veggies. Placing a lid on the pan/pot will help steam the veggies quickly. Cook veggies for 1-2 minutes, or until the broccoli beings to soften.
When the pasta is warm, add the sauce. Cook until half of the liquid has evaporated.
