What you'll be getting:

Pasta Primavera with Italian Sausage

Per Serving

5 oz sausage (Lonely Lanes country sausage)

125 g veggies (kale, snow peas, zucchini, and shallots) 

100 g cooked pasta 

2 T lemon seasoning sauce (lemon juice, lemon thyme, French thyme, Italian oregano, parsley, avocado oil, salt and pepper)

2 T parmesan/asiago cheese blend

Equipment needed: sautee pan, or pot

Begin heating your pan and then add the sausage. 

Break up the meat into smaller pieces with your spatula. 

Flatten out the sausage so it cooks evenly. 

Cook for 2 minutes, then flip over. If you let the meat cook without stirring it you will get a better caramelization. 

There will be a lot of excess fat with the pork, drain with a colander or strainer and return back to the pan. 

Next toss in the veggie mix. Cook until the peas begin to soften, about 3 minutes. 

Once the veggies are cooked, add the pasta.  Cook until the pasta is heated, it will take less than a minute. 

Finish off with a sprinkle of cheese. From start to finish this dinner takes under 10 minutes to make. Enjoy. 

Drizzle in the lemon seasoning sauce.
