What you'll be getting:
Steak Fried Rice


Per Serving:
5 oz sirloin steak (tossed with liquid aminos, ginger, oil, salt and pepper)
125 g veggies (cabbage, peas, broccoli, carrots, onions)

3/4 c cooked brown jasmine rice
2 tsp liquid aminos with pepper flakes

Equipment needed: 1 wok , or pan large enough for all of the ingredients

Start heating up your pan. Because there is fat in the steak I have not provided oil for you. For those of you that receive tofu, oil has been provided. Once your pan is hot, add the steak.


Cook the veggies until they begin to soften, roughly 3-5 minutes, and then add the rice.

Once everything has been stirred together, the meal is ready to be plated. You can add oil and let the rice "fry" a bit more, but the dish doesn't really need it. From start to finish, this dinner takes roughly 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Once your beef has color on it and you notice that their is little moisture in the pan, add the veggies.

Mix everything together and add the liquid aminos. For lower sodium diets, you can omit the liquid aminos, or add 1/2. Once the liquid aminos has been added, stir everything together.
