What you'll be getting:

Beef Stroganoff

Per Serving

5 oz ground beef

1 c sauce (sour cream, onions, mushrooms, fines herbes, garlic, shallots, red wine, worcestershire sauce *vegan and gf, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper) 

1 c cooked pasta 

parsley

Equipment needed: 1 pan or pot large enough for all the ingredients

Heat up your pan on medium to high heat and add the beef. 

When meat has browned, add the sauce and noodles. The sauce may look curdled but will take on a creamy consistency when mixed with the beef and noodles. 

Break the meat apart with a spatula and brown. 

Turn heat down and cook on a low simmer until half of the liquid has evaporated. Then add the parsley. Toss in the parsely and then you are finished. 

From start to finish this dinner takes less than 10 minutes. Enjoy! ​
