What you'll be getting:
Ground Beef with Seasonal Veggies

Per Serving:
4 oz Lonely Lanes Ground Beef
250 g veggies (zucchini, cauliflower, red onions, chard, peppers, sweet corn)
1/3 c seasoning sauce (parsley, oil, green onion, stoneground mustard, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper)

Equipment needed: 1 pan with a lid, large enough for all of the ingredients

Start heating up your pan, when hot add the beef.

When your veggies are tender, add 1/2 the sauce and mix together.

Cook the beef until it begins to brown. Once it has mostly cooked through (a little pink is okay) add the veggies. Mix the veggies and beef together and place a lid on the pan. Let the ingredients cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on how many servings you have. You want the veggies to be tender, but not mushy.

After you mix together the sauce and other ingredients you can plate up your dish. Finish by drizzling a little more sauce on top of everything. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 15 minutes. Enjoy!
