What you'll be getting:
Black Bean Burgers
Per Serving
1 gf/vegan burger (black beans, quinoa, fines herbs, onion, garlic, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, Pamela's AP gf flour, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast)
100 g fries (sweet potato and carrot)
1 sprouted grains burger bun (gf and vegan buns also provided)
2 T dijonaise (homemade mayo and mustard blended, I have provided plain mustard for vegan diets)
lettuce and tomato slices
Equipment needed: 1-2 sheet pans
Preheat the oven to 375.
Place the fries and burgers on the sheet pan. If you have 3-4 servings you may want to use separate sheet pans for the burgers and fries, so that the fries don't get too crowded.
If you have gf buns, I recommend that you toast them for a bit. You can place them in the oven when 5 minutes remain. Toasting the other buns is fine too, but not necessary. After 20 minutes, pull the sheet pan from the oven.
When the oven reaches 375, place the sheet pan in the oven. Set a timer for 20 minutes.
You can spread the dijonaise on the buns (I also like dipping the fries in it) and then top with the burger, lettuce and tomato. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 25 minutes. Enjoy!
