What you'll be getting:
Black Lentils with Veggies and Brown Rice

Per serving:
1/2 c cooked black lentils
125 g veggies (cauliflower, green onions, carrots, broccoli, cabbage)
3/4 c cooked medium grain brown rice
2 T seasoning sauce (green onions, fines herbes, lemon juice, oil, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper)
Equipment needed: Sauté pan
Start heating up your pan. When hot, add the veggies. Sauté until tender.

Add half of the seasoning sauce to the veggies and lentils and remove from the heat.

When tender, strain the lentils and add to mixture.

The rice is fully cooked and just needs to be warmed. This can be done by throwing it in the microwave for 30 seconds- 1 minute, or you can add it to the pan and toss everything together. If you warm the rice separately you can top it with the veggies and black lentils and then finish with the remaining sauce. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 15 minutes. Enjoy.
