What you'll be getting:

Chicken with Zucchini and Swiss Chard

Per Serving

100 g chicken (tossed with a little oil) 

1 c cooked pasta 

1/2 c red pepper cream sauce (roasted red peppers, onions, cauliflower, coconut milk, parsley, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper) 

70 g veggies (zucchini and swiss chard) 

parsley

Equipment needed:  1 large pan that can fit all of the ingredients, you may need to split it into two pans if you have a large serving. 

Start heating your pan on medium to high heat. When hot, add the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes. 

Add 1/4 c of water (per serving) to the pan, this will deglaze the pan and help steam the veggies. 

After 5 minutes your chicken will be cooked, next, add the veggies. 

Cook veggies for 2 minutes, then add the pasta. 

Toss the veggies and chicken with the pasta and then add the sauce. 

Add the parsley. 

From start to finish this dinner takes less than 15 minutes. Enjoy!
