What you'll be getting:
Chicken and Veggie Pasta

Per Serving
125 g veggies (broccoli, cabbage, kale)
1 c cooked pasta
5 oz cut chicken, oiled and seasoned with salt and pepper
1/2 c dairy-free "cream" sauce (chickpeas, oil, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, xanthan gum, a little sugar)
Equipment needed: pan large enough for all ingredients
Heat up your pan, when hot, add the chicken.

Cook until the veggies are tender and then add the pasta. If you have a lid for the pan your veggies will cook faster.

Mix everything together and plate up. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 15 minutes. Enjoy!
The chicken will only take a couple of minutes to cook thoroughly. When it begins to take on a little color, add the veggies.

Cook until the pasta has warmed through and then remove the pan from the heat and add the sauce.
