What you'll be getting:
Herb Chicken Flatbread Pizza
100 g herb chicken (chicken thighs and breast, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, grape seed oil, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast)
75 g veggies (kale, swiss chard, peppers, onions, broccoli)
1.5 T garlic aioli (garlic, avocado oil, lemon juice, egg, salt, pepper)
1/3 c Italian cheese blend
Equipment needed: a sheet pan (2 sheet pans for 4 servings)
Preheat oven to 400.
Place flatbread on the sheet pan.
In a mixing bowl, add aioli, veggies, and chicken.
Pile everything on top of the flatbread.
Place in the oven and set a timer for 15 minutes.
When the timer finishes, pull the pizzas from the oven and let them sit for a minute or two before cutting into them.
From start to finish this dinner takes less than 20 minutes. Enjoy!
