What you'll be getting:

Chicken with Veggies and Brown Rice

Per Serving

5 oz chicken (drizzled with a little oil) 

125g veggies (kale, broccolini, eggplant tossed with balsamic vinegar)

2/3 c brown rice (cooked) 

2 T seasoning sauce (lemon juice, lemon zest, sunflower seed oil, fines herbes, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast) 

Equipment needed: 1 pan/pot for all of indredients

Start heating up your pan/pot. When hot, add the chicken.

Then add the rice. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. 

When the chicken has been completely cooked through, add the veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until you notice the broccolini getting tender.

After the dish has cooked for 2 minutes, add the seasoning sauce.

After you have added the sauce this dish will be ready to plate. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 10 minutes. Enjoy!
