What you'll be getting:
Chicken with Veggies and Brown Rice
Per Serving
5 oz chicken (drizzled with a little oil salt and pepper)
125g veggies (kale, delicata squash, onions, cabbage)
2/3 c brown rice (cooked)
2 T seasoning sauce (lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, fines herbes, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast)
Equipment needed: 1 pan/pot for all of indredients
Start heating up your pan/pot. When hot, add the chicken.
Then add the rice. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
When the chicken has been completely cooked through, add the veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes with a lid. remove lid and add a little water to the mix (.25 c) to help steam the veggies. Put lid back on the pan and cook until you notice the squash getting tender (approximately 5 minutes)
After the dish has cooked for 2 minutes, add as much or as little of the seasoning sauce as you'd like.
After you have added the sauce this dish will be ready to plate. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 15 minutes. Enjoy!
