What you'll be getting:
Creamy Cauliflower Pasta
Per Serving
100 g spaghetti
100 g broccoli and spinach
1 c creamy cauliflower sauce (roasted cauliflower and garlic, nutritional yeast, oregano, parsley, tahini, garbanzo beans, lemon juice, salt, pepper, coconut milk)
Equipment needed: 1 non-stick pan, 1 pot of water

This may be one of my quickest meals.
Start boiling a pot of water for the pasta. This is fresh pasta and only takes 2 minutes to make. For GF options, I have parboiled your pasta, but test after 2 minutes to make sure it tastes done.
In your pan (large enough for the veggies and pasta) add the veggies and start heating on medium heat until the spinach begins to wilt.
While your pasta is cooking, add the sauce to the pan, heat until everything is hot and then remove from the heat.
When your water reaches a boil, add the pasta. Set a timer for 2 minutes.
When the timer for the pasta goes off, transfer the pasta to the pan with tongs. Draining with a colander works too.
Toss everything together and plate. From start to finish this dinner takes 5 minutes. Enjoy.
