What you'll be getting:

Curried Lentils with Veggies

Per Serving

1/2 c lentils

125 g veggies (carrots, beans, onions, cauliflower)

1 c curry simmering sauce (coconut milk, turmeric, curry powder, tamarind paste, ginger, salt, pepper) 

1/4 c rice

Equipment needed: 1 pan large enough for all the ingredients, 1 pot of water with some salt added for rice

Start boiling your water for the rice. Add the veggies and simmering sauce to the other pan.  

Place a lid on your pan and set a timer for 15 minutes. 

When your water begins to boil, add rice and boil for 12 minutes. When the rice finishes boiling, strain and place rice back in the pot to steam. When the timer for the veggies finishes, add lentils. 

Cook the lentils for 5 minutes with the veggies. After 5 minutes the curry will be ready to place on top of the rice. From start to finish this dinner takes 20 minutes. Enjoy.
