What you'll be getting:
Edamame Fried Rice

Per serving:
3/4 c sprouted medium grain brown rice (cooked)
230 g veggies (edamame, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, onions, celery with a little oil added)
1 t liquid aminos with pepper flakes and ginger

Equipment needed: 1 large pot with a lid, large enough for all of the ingredients

 

Start heating up your pot. When hot, add your veggies. Place a lid on the pot and cook on medium to high heat for 5 minutes. The lid will help with cooking the veggies faster.

Stir everything together and remove from the heat. Place the lid back on the pot and let the mixture warm the rice for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes the mixture will be ready to be plated. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!

 

After the 5 minutes, remove the lid and add the rice and sauce.
