What you'll be getting:
Green Lentils with Brown Rice and Greens
Per Serving:
125 g veggies (broccolini, cabbage, collards, kale)
1 c golden brown rice (fully cooked, just needs to be warmed)
1/2 c green lentils (cooked with seasoning salt, turmeric, parsley, tarragon, chives, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper)
2 T herb seasoning sauce (safflower oil, parsley, fines herbes, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice)
1 T safflower oil
Equipment needed: Pan, large enough for all the ingredients
Start heating your pan on high, when hot add the oil and veggies.
Next, add the rice.
Drizzle the sauce over top of everything and toss together and then plate.
Sautee the veggies until you see a bit of color on the cabbage. 3-5 minutes. Next, add the lentils.
Mix everything together and heat until everything has warmed through.
From start to finish this dinner takes less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!
