Once you have assembled your quesadillas you can start cooking them. I brushed a little oil in the pan but it is not necessary. Cook until the bottom begins to brown and then flip. Once both sides have cooked you can place on the sheet pan in the oven to keep them warm. Another way to cook multiple quesadillas at once is to layer them all onto a sheet pan and once they all have to top tortilla on them, place another sheet pan on top to weigh them down. If you cook in the saute pan you will just keep the quesadillas in the oven to keep them warm while the other quesadillas are cooking. If you choose to cook in the oven, cook for roughly 15-20 minutes at 425. Checking to see if they are brown after the first 10 minutes and then flipping.

Timing on this meal will vary, but it will roughly be between 10 and 20 minutes. Enjoy!
