Corvallis Carrot Organic Meal Prep
What you'll be getting:
Ground Pork Fried Rice

Per Serving:
5 oz ground pork (mixed with ginger, salt, and pepper)
125 g veggies (cabbage, onions, carrots, peas)
3/4 c cooked medium grain brown rice
1 t liquid aminos with red pepper flakes (coconut aminos provided for soy free diets)
Equipment needed: a pan large enough for all ingredients
Start heating up your pan, when hot, add the pork. Cook until the park has started to caramelize and has cooked through, this will only take a couple of minutes.

Cook until the veggies are tender, this only takes a couple of minutes. I will usually pull a piece of onion out of the pan to test it, if it is crunchy let the veggies cook for a little longer. Once the veggies are cooked, add the rice.
When the pork has fully cooked add the veggies.


Stir everything together and plate. from start to finish this meal takes less than 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Cook the mixture until the rice is warm and then drizzle in the aminos. If you prefer low sodium meals, only use half of the aminos.
