Corvallis Carrot Organic Meal Prep
What you'll be getting:
Ground Turkey with Pasta, Tomato Sauce, and Veggies

Per Serving:
5 oz ground turkey (cooked with chili flakes, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt and pepper)
1 c tomato sauce (tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt and pepper)
1 c cooked pasta
100 g veggies (zucchini, spinach, cabbage, carrots, red onions)
Equipment needed:
1 pot large enough for all the ingredients
Start heating up your pan, when hot, add veggies. Cook until they are tender. I like to test the onions, if they still have crunch you will want to cook them longer.

Once everything has cooked through and is hot, your meal will be ready to plate. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Once your veggies are tender you can add the meat sauce and pasta. Cook until everything is hot and then remove from the heat.
