What you'll be getting:
Jackfruit Stir Fry with Rice Noodles
Per Serving:
250 g veggies (jackfruit, broccoli, peppers, bok choy, green onions, cabbage)
175 g rice noodles (cooked)
1/2 c sauce (liquid aminos, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, sugar, red curry paste)
Equipment needed:
1 pan/pot large enough for all ingredients
Start heating up your pan. When hot, add the veggies. Place a lid on the pan to help steam the veggies so they cook quickly. Cook until the broccoli is tender, roughly 5 minutes)
Toss everything together and plate. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!
After you have cooked the veggies, add the noodles and sauce. Heat until the noodles are heated though. Roughly 2 minutes.
