What you'll be getting:
Kimchi Pork Stir-Fry
Heat up your pan. When hot, add the pork. You will smell a bit of the sake that the pork is marinating in, the alcohol will burn off in the cooking process though, so don't worry. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
When the meat is done, add the veggies and rice noodles.
Add the sauce and cook for another minute or 2, until the sauce begins to coat the noodles.
Per Serving
5 oz pork (marinating in sake, rice wine vinegar and oil)
125 g veggies (kimchi*, cabbage, carrots, sprouts, bok choy)
100 g wide rice noodles
1/3 stir-fry sauce (kimchi juice, avocado oil, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice)
*The kimchi used today was from Gathering Together, I did not make it.
Equipment needed: 1 large wok or pan

Stir everything around for about 2 minutes.
In less than 10 minutes, dinner is served. Enjoy!
