What you'll be getting:
2 oz lasagne noodles
100 g ground beef
100 g tomato sauce (tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, onions, carrots, salt, pepper)
100 g veggies (shredded zucchini and carrots)
50 g ricotta
1/4 c mozzarella
Equipment needed: just your oven
Preheat your oven to 375.
Place lasagne in the oven and set a timer for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes the lasagne will be cooked. It's best to let it rest for 20-30 minutes before cutting into it to let the juices from the veggies settle a bit. Otherwise, the lasagne will seem watery.
From start to finish this dinner takes just under an hour. Enjoy.
