THE CORVALLIS CARROT
What you'll be getting:
Pork Pad Kee Mao

Start heating up your pan, when hot add the pork tenderloin. Cook for 4 minutes on high heat.
Add the noodles, and toss together with the veggies and pork.

Per Serving
125 g pork tenderloin (marinating in liquid aminos and ginger)
100 g veggies (savoy cabbage, broccolini, carrots, onions)
1/3 c sauce (fish sauce, red curry paste, ginger, liquid aminos, grape seed oil, nutritional yeast)
115 g rice noodles
Equipment needed: a wok or large pan
After the pork is cooked, add the veggies. Cook just until the broccolini begins to soften. Less than 2 minutes.
Finally, add the sauce. Remove from the heat and toss together until everything is coated.
From start to finish this dinner takes under 10 minutes. Enjoy.
