What you'll be getting:

Pork Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Per Serving

5 oz pork tenderloin

150 g veggies (broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions)

1/4 c stir-fry sauce

1/4 c brown rice

Equipment needed: wok or large pan, pot of water

Start boiling your water. You do not have to measure the water, as you will be cooking it the same way you would pasta. When the water has come to a boil, add your rice.

After you have added the rice to the water, set a timer for 12 minutes.

Once you have set your timer, start heating up your pan. You want the pan to be hot when you add the pork. There is a little avocado oil mixed with the pork and veggies so that they don't sit to your pan.

After a couple of minutes, you will notice that the meat will be fully cooked.

Add your veggies to the pan.

Stir veggies around and cover for 1-2 minutes.

After you have steamed the veggies for a couple of minutes, add the sauce. Return the lid to the pan and remove pan from the heat.

When your timer goes off for the rice, drain.

When all of the excess liquid is off of the rice, plate it.

Top the rice with the stir-fry. From start to finish this dinner takes under 15 minutes. Enjoy!
