What you'll be getting:
Pork Tenderloin and Veggies

Per Serving:
5 oz pork tenderloin (tossed with a little oil, salt and pepper)
235 g veggies (chard, cabbage, cauliflower, romanesco, zucchini, carrots)
1/3 c herbal seasoning sauce (parsley, thyme, sage, tarragon, chervil, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and safflower oil)
Equipment needed: 1 pan large enough for all of the ingredients with a lid
Heat up your pan, once hot, add the pork. Cook until it begins to take on some color. Roughly 5-8 minutes.

When your timer goes off, add the chard and half of the sauce. Remove the pan from the heat and place the lid on it to steam the chard. Set another timer for 5 minutes.

Once your pork has cooked, add the veggies. Place a lid on the pan to expedite the cooking process. Set a timer for 5 minutes. Larger serving sizes may take up to 10 minutes. Cook until the cauliflower is tender, but not mushy.


When your second timer goes off your meal will be ready. Finish by plating and drizzling the remaining sauce over everything. From start to finish this meal takes less than 20 minutes. Enjoy!
