What you'll be getting:
Pork Tenderloin Tacos
Per Serving:
5 oz pork tenderloin (rubbed with paprika, oregano, salt, nutritional yeast, cumin, chili powder, garlic, sugar, citric acid)
120 g veggies (tomatoes, red onions, avocados, salt, lemon juice, jalapeños, garlic)
50 g lettuce
2 tortillas
Equipment needed: 1 sheet pan
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Once your oven reaches 400, place the tenderloin on a sheet pan and into the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
After the pork has rested, slice it into thin slices.
After 20 minutes, pull the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. While the pork is resting, you can warm up the tortillas.
To finish off the tacos, distribute the lettuce and veggies and top with the pork. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 30 minutes. Enjoy!
