What you'll be getting:
Red Beans with Veggies and Wild Rice
Per Serving:
1/2 c red beans (you'll need to strain the liquid)
3/4 c cooked wild rice blend
2 T seasoning sauce (lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, fines herbes, oil)
125 g veggies (peppers, onions, chard, kale, zucchini)
Equipment needed: Pan or pot large enough for all the ingredients
Heat up your pan, when hot add the veggies and saute until the peppers and onions begin to soften and get some color (2-5 minutes)
Strain beans and add to veggies after they have gained some color.
Shortly after adding the beans, add the rice. Mix everything together and remove from the heat.
From start to finish this dinner takes less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Add the seasoning sauce to the beans and rice and stir together.
