What you'll be getting:
Red Beans and Veggies
Per Serving:
1/2 c cooked red beans
225 g veggies (cabbage, kale, chard, carrots, peppers, broccoli, green onion, zucchini- drizzled with a little oil and salt and pepper)
1/4 c herb seasoning sauce (parsley, sage, thyme, tarragon, lemon juice, salt, pepper, safflower oil, nutritional yeast, xanthan gum)
Equipment needed: Pan large enough for all ingredients.
Start heating up your pan, when hot, add your veggies. Cook until veggies become tender. anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes depending on how many servings you have.
Next, add half of the seasoning sauce. Cook until the beans are warmed through completely and then plate.
When veggies are tender, add the beans. You will want to strain them before adding them to the veggies.
After you have plated, add the rest of the sauce on top. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 15 minutes. Enjoy!
