What you'll be getting: 
Red Beans and Veggies

Per Serving: 
1/2 c cooked small red chili beans 
250 g veggies (cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, cabbage, kale, green onion, tossed with a little oil, salt and pepper) 
1/4 c garlic/lemon seasoning sauce (lemon juice, oil, garlic, onions, fines herbes, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper)

Equipment needed: 1 pan large enough for all of the ingredients. 

Start by heating up your pan, when it's hot add the veggies. Saute until the veggies are tender. You can also place a lid on the pan, the steam created will speed up the cooking process.  

When everything has warmed through, plate up your dish and finish by drizzling a little extra sauce over top. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 10 minutes. Enjoy! 

When your veggies are tender, add the beans and half of the seasoning sauce.
