What you'll be getting:

Salmon with Quinoa Salad

Per Serving

6 oz salmon 

200 g quinoa salad (quinoa, cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, green and golden beans, lemon juice, avocado oil, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, and fines herbs) 

1 T oil

Equipment needed: non-stick sautee pan

Tonight's dinner only takes 5 minutes. Yay! First, heat up your pan with the oil. When hot add the salmon. Sear for 2 minutes. 

After 2 minutes, flip the salmon. Place a lid on the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. 

After the second 2 minutes, remove from the heat and let it sit for 1 minute covered with the lid. Plate the quinoa salad on your plate and then place the salmon beside it. From start to finish this dinner takes 5 minutes. Enjoy.
