What you'll be getting:
Salmon with Quinoa Salad
Per Serving
5 oz salmon
225 g quinoa salad (quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, and fines herbs)
1 T oil
2 T lemon seasoning sauce
Equipment needed: non-stick sautee pan
Tonight's dinner only takes 5 minutes. Yay! First, heat up your pan with the oil. When hot add the salmon. Sear for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, flip the salmon. Place a lid on the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
After the second 2 minutes, remove from the heat and let it sit for 1 minute covered with the lid. Plate the quinoa salad on your plate and then place the salmon beside it. Finish by drizzling sauce over top of the salmon. From start to finish this dinner takes 5 minutes. Enjoy.
