What you'll be getting:
Sausage and Rice with Veggies
Per serving:
4 oz Lonely Lanes Country Sausage
135 g veggies (cabbage, cauliflower, green beans, onions)
3/4 c medium grain brown rice, fully cooked
Equipment needed: Pan, large enough for all of the ingredients
Heat up your pan, when hot add the sausage. Flatten out the sausage and break up into smaller pieces.
When the veggies are tender, roughly between 5 and 10 minutes depending on how many servings you have, add the rice. After adding the rice, add 1/4 c water (per serving) to deglaze the pan.
Once the sausage has fully cooked, add the veggies. Place a lid on the pan to cook the veggies faster.
Mix together all of the ingredients until the water has been absorbed into the rice and your meal will be ready to plate. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 15 minutes. Enjoy!
