What you'll be getting: 
Sausage and Rice with Winter Veggies

Per Serving: 
3/4 c cooked brown jasmine rice 
130 g veggies (cabbage, kale, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) 
4 oz sausage (Lonely Lanes Country Sausage) 
1/4 c herbal seasoning sauce (parsley, green onion, safflower oil, lemon juice, fines herbes, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper)

Equipment needed: 1 pan large enough for all the ingredients

Start heating up a pan, once hot, add the sausage. Break up the sausage by using a spatula, I like to keep some pieces larger than others, you just don't want to have really large pieces. 

Once your sausage has cooked, it's okay if it's still a little pink in the center, add the veggies. I like to add a lid to help speed up the cooking process, but it is not necessary. Cook until the cauliflower and broccoli florets are tender. Anywhere between 5-10 minutes depending on how many servings you have. 

Once your veggies are tender, add the rice. You want to cook until the rice beings to soften and warm completely. 

Stir everything together and toss in 1/2 of the seasoning sauce. Leave the rest of the sauce to drizzle over top of the dish just before eating. 

Plate up the dish and finish by drizzling the rest of the sauce over top. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 15 minutes. Enjoy!
