What you'll be getting:
Country Sausage with Seasonal Veggies and Quinoa

Per Serving:
4 oz Lonely Lanes Country Sausage
3/4 c cooked quinoa
125 g veggies (peppers, onions, kale, zucchini, carrots)

Equipment needed: Pan large enough for all ingredients

Heat up your pan on high heat. When hot, add the sausage. Break up the sausage a little bit with a spatula, but not too much. You don't want it too crumbly.

Once the sausage has cooked, add the veggies and place a lid on the pan. Lower the temperature to a low/medium heat and cook for 5 minutes.


After 5 minutes, remove the lid, add the quinoa stir everything together. Add 1/4 c- 1/2 c water per serving depending on your preferences. Stir together to deglaze the pan.

From start to finish everything takes less than 15 minutes. Enjoy!
