What you'll be getting:
Sausage with Veggies and Quinoa

Per Serving: 
3/4 c cooked white quinoa
4.5 oz Lonely Lanes sausage (1/2 country sausage, 1/2 spicy Italian sausage) 
150 g veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, delicata squash, butternut squash)
2 T seasoning sauce (lemon juice, sage, thyme, parsley, oil, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast) 

Equipment needed: 1-2 sheet pans

Preheat your oven to 425. When hot, place the veggies and sausage on the sheet pan. Break up the sausage and space it between the veggies. Set a timer for 15 minutes. Half way through cooking, flip over the veggies. For servings sizes 3 and 4, you will want to use 2 sheet pans and you may have to cook longer than 15 minutes. Cook until the carrots are tender. 

Once your quinoa has been warmed you can place the veggies and sausage on top and drizzle the sauce over everything. You can also mix together the quinoa with the other ingredients if you wish. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 20 minutes. Enjoy! 

After your veggies and sausage have been cooked, you can drizzle 1/2 of the sauce over the sheet pan and toss everything together. The quinoa has been fully cooked and just needs to be warmed.
