What you'll be getting:

Seared Tuna with Quinoa Salad

Per Serving

1 filet of Ahi tuna (some steaks are larger than others, but the weight averages to 5 oz)

350 g quinoa salad (quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli greens, parsley, lemon juice, avocado oil, salt, and pepper)

2 T seasoning sauce

1 T oil

Equipment needed:  1 non-stick sautee pan

As far as dinners are concerned, it doesn't get much easier than tonight's dinner. Start heating your pan and oil, when hot, add the tuna. Sprinkle just a pinch of salt over top of it.

Cook for 1 minute on each side for rare tuna (pictured), if you like it a little bit more done you can cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, but you don't want to cook it for any longer than that.

When your tuna has finished searing, transfer it on a cutting board and slice. Place the salad on your plate and top with the tuna. Finish by drizzling the seasoning sauce over everything. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 5 minutes. Enjoy.
