What you'll be getting:

Shepherd's Pie

Per Serving

3/4 c whipped potatoes

1 c pie filling

-2.5 oz ground lamb, 2.5 oz ground beef, onions, carrots, peas, beef stock, gluten-free flour (for thickening)

Equipment needed: casserole dish, large enough for the shepherd's pie.

Preheat oven to 400.

Place pie filling into your dish. Everything is cooked, you just need to heat everything back up, and brown the potatoes.

Scoop the potatoes on top of the meat mixture. It may be easier to spread them if you warm them up a bit in the microwave.

Spread the potatoes to the edge of the dish, using a spatula or a spoon.

Place in the oven and set a timer for 15 minutes.

When 5 minutes remain on the timer you can turn your broiler on if you wish to have a darker color on the potatoes.

When the timer goes off, pull dish from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes before scooping. After the dish has rested, scoop onto a plate and enjoy. From start to finish this dinner took 20 minutes.
