Corvallis Carrot Organic Meal Prep
What you'll be getting:
Spring Veggie and Beef Pasta

Per Serving:
1/4 lb ground beef
125 g veggies (sugar snap peas, cabbage, kale, zucchini, and asparagus)
3 oz cooked pasta
1/4 c herb seasoning sauce (lemon juice, parsley, thyme, sage, oil, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast)
Equipment needed: Pot ,or pan, large enough for all of the ingredients
Start by heating up your pan, when hot add the ground beef. Cook until it has browned fully, this will take between 2-5 minutes.

After your beef has browned fully, add the veggies.

When veggies are tender, add the pasta. Cook until the pasta has been fully warmed.

Finish by adding the sauce and tossing everything together.

From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 10 minutes. Enjoy!
