What you'll be getting:
Spring Veggies with Tofu

Start heating up your pan, when hot, add the veggies. If you have a lid for the pan, use it, it will speed up the cooking process because of the steam. Cook until veggies are tender, this could be anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes depending on how many servings you have.

When the tofu has taken on a little color and veggies are tender, the meal will be ready. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Per Serving:
4 oz extra firm tofu
225 g veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, carrots, romanesco, green onion, red onion- drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper)

Equipment needed: 1 pan large enough for all the ingredients

When your veggies are tender, add the tofu and half of the sauce. Cook until the tofu starts to take on a little color.
