Steak Fajitas

Per Serving

125 g striploin steak (marinating in paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, avocado oil)

100 g onions and peppers

2 tortillas (some tortillas are a bit smaller so I added an extra tortilla to some orders)

1/2 avocado

2 T hot sauce (vinegar, salt, chilies)

Equipment needed:  1 sautee pan

Heat up your pan, when hot add the meat.

Sautee for a couple of minutes or until you notice that half of the meat is fully cooked.

Add peppers and onions. Sautee until the peppers begin to soften (a couple of minutes)

After you add the sauce, remove from the heat and slice and scoop out the avocado.

Add the hot sauce next. This sauce won't make the fajitas super spicy, it will just add a bit more flavor. You can always omit the hot sauce if you like. I would suggest adding just a bit of water and salt if you don't use the hot sauce.

Lay the avocado on top of the tortillas and add the steak and veggies. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 15 minutes. Enjoy.
