What you'll be getting:

Steak Tacos w/ Pico De Gallo 

Per Serving

5 oz marinating steak strips

1/2 of a large avocado

1/2 c pico de gallo (heirloom tomatoes, garlic, onions, chilies, cilantro, lime juice, salt, avocado oil) 

1/4 lime 

1.5 t oil

35 g lettuce

2 tortillas  

 

Equipment needed: non-stick saute pan

On high heat, begin heating your oil.

Add your steak. Evenly distribute the steak in the pan. 

Lay out the tortillas on a cutting board, or counter.  

After only 3 minutes, may take up to 5, the meat will be done. 

Drain off any excess liquid and place the steak on the tortillas.

Next, dice up the avocado and scoop out of the skin with a spoon. 

On top of the meat add the pico de gallo, avocado and lettuce. 

Squeeze a bit of lime over the tacos. From start to finish this dinner takes under 10 minutes. Enjoy!
