What you'll be getting:

Sweet Italian Sausage Pizza 

Per Serving

3 oz sweet Italian sausage 

1/4 c pizza sauce (tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning) 

75 g veggies (zucchini, kale, peppers) 

1/4 c cheese (Italian blend) 

1 naan bread ​

Equipment needed:  lined sheet pan 

Preheat your oven to 425. 

While you are waiting for the oven to reach 425, you can start loading the pizza. First, spread out the tomato sauce evenly. 

Next, layer the cheese and sausage. 

Next, add the veggies. I like to put the veggies under the cheese, because they cook a little better that way. 

When the oven reaches 425, place in the oven and set a timer for 12-15 minutes. I like my pizzas a little crispy, so I cook for 15, but 12 minutes will also be a good time, however you prefer. 

After 12-15 minutes pull the pizza from the oven. I know it is very tempting to eat the pizza right out of the oven, but the sauce and cheese will be very hot. Let it cool for at least 5 minutes before eating. 

From start to finish this dinner takes less than 20 minutes. Enjoy!
