What you'll be getting:
Three Bean Beef Chili
Per Serving:
5 oz Lonely Lanes ground beef
75 g onions and peppers
1 c tomato sauce (tomatoes, onions, garlic, cumin, peppers, paprika, carrots, salt, pepper)
1/2 c beans (red chili beans, black beans, great northern white beans)
2.5 oz tortilla chips (De Casa brand)
Equipment needed: Pot, large enough for all ingredients
Heat up your pan/pot. When hot add the beef, onions, and peppers. Break up the beef into smaller pieces.
When your beef is fully cooked and onions are soft, add the tomato sauce and beans. Add 1/4 c water per serving to the chili. Place a lid on the pan/pot and simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
Cook on a high heat until the onions and peppers are soft, and the beef is full cooked. This will take 5-10 minutes depending on how many servings you have.
When your timer goes off your chili will be ready. From start to finish this meal takes less than 20 minutes. Enjoy!
