What you'll be getting:
Ground Turkey Tacos
IMG-4325.jpg

Start heating up your turkey, you want to cook it until the liquid reduces, leaving the turkey slightly dry. This will only take a couple of minutes. While the turkey is cooking you can warm up your tortillas. For flour tortillas you can warm in the microwave, and for corn tortillas I recommend warming in a dry pan, but you can also heat in the microwave. Sometimes the dry pan method keeps the corn tortilla from falling apart.  When your tortillas are warm, top with the lettuce, meat, pico de gallo, and cilantro.

Per Serving:
140 g ground turkey (cooked with tomatoes, onions, cumin, garlic, chili powder, paprika, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper)
140 g pico de gallo (tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, cilantro, garlic, salt, lemon juice)
50 g lettuce
cilantro
3 tortillas

Equipment needed:
1 pan to reheat the turkey

From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 5 minutes. Enjoy!
