What you'll be getting:
125 g veggies (leeks, kale, peppers, zucchini)
3 T basil sauce (basil, grape seed oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast)
1/4 c mozzarella and white cheddar cheese
1 flatbread naan*
*Gluten-free diets received "Udi's pizza crust"
Equipment needed: 1 lined sheet pan
Preheat the oven to 425.
Place the flatbread on a sheet pan and top with the basil sauce.
Next, add the veggies.
Then the cheese.
When the oven reaches 425, place the sheet pan in the oven. Set a timer for 15 minutes.
Remove carefully from the oven when the timer goes off, from start to finish this dinner takes just over 15 minutes. Enjoy!
