What you'll be getting:

Veggie Stir Fry with Brown Rice

Per Serving

4 oz ginger garlic tofu

200 g mixed veggies (red peppers, onions, carrots, brussels sprouts, broccoli)

1 c cooked brown rice 

1/4 c finishing sauce

(tahini, sesame oil, liquid aminos, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, pepper, nutritional yeast, grape seed oil)

1 T grape seed oil

Equipment needed: large pan, or wok

So, tonight's dinner takes only 5 minutes. You're welcome. 

Because the rice is cooked all you have to do is heat it in the microwave. It will only take about a minute. The container is microwavable. You can also throw it into the pan at the end of cooking to mix everything together if you don't have a microwave. 

Heat up the oil in a pan on high heat, and add the veggies. You want to cook this quickly so that the veggies don't steam. 

Keep stirring the vegetables to prevent sticking and burning, for about 4 minutes.

After 4 minutes, add the sauce. 

Plate veggies on top of rice and enjoy.
