Corvallis Carrot Organic Meal Prep
What you'll be getting:
White Beans and Veggies
Per Serving:
225 g veggies (cauliflower, broccolini, leeks, green onion, cabbage, sweet corn, kale, collards, chard)
1/2 c cooked great northern white beans
2 T creamy herb sauce (chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, fines herbes, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast)
Equipment needed: Pan large enough for all ingredients.
Heat up a pan, when hot add the veggies. Saute until veggies are tender, roughly 8-10 minutes. If you have a lid for your pan, it will speed up the cooking process.
Next add half of the sauce and toss everything together. Cook until the beans have been warmed through completely.
When the veggies are tender, add the beans.
When the beans are warm, you can plate up the dinner. From start to finish this dinner takes less than 15 minutes. Enjoy!
