What you'll be getting:
White Beans with Roasted Veggies and Herb Seasoning Sauce

Per Serving:
1/2 c Great Northern White Beans
235 g veggies (romanesco, cauliflower, carrots, sweet potatoes- tossed in a little oil, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast)
1/4 c herbal seasoning sauce (thyme, sage, parsley, lemon juice, safflower oil, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast)
Equipment needed: 1-2 sheet pans.
Preheat oven to 425. When the oven reaches this temp, place the veggies on a sheet pan and then into the oven. Set a timer for 15 minutes.



When beans have warmed through your dinner is ready. From start to finish this dinner takes roughly 20 minutes. Enjoy!
After 15 minutes, add the beans and sauce. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
